MoU Signed among National Environment Commission, Thimphu Thromde and Bhutan Ecological Society on establishment of 10-15 TPD Biogas Plant

The National Environment Commission Secretariat (NECS), Thimphu Thromde, and Bhutan Ecological Society entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 29th  April 2022 to collaboratively establish a 10-15 TPD biogas plant at Memelakha, Thimphu. The Hon’ble Secretary of NECS, Sonam P Wangdi, The Hon’ble Thrompon of Thimphu Thromde, Ugyen Dorji, and The Executive Director of Bhutan Ecological Society (BES), Nawang Norbu signed the MoU.
