This is to notify that the pre-bid meeting announced on 4 August 2021 vide Invitation for Bids for Supply, Install and commission of 1TPD (Ton Per Day) compressed Biogas System designed specifically for food waste in Kuensel and on our website has been postponed to 23 August 2021 due to some unavoidable circumstances. The meeting will be held at 3:00 PM at the mini conference Hall, 1st floor, WWF Bhutan Program Office, Kawajangsa, Thimphu. A site visit is also planned following the meeting for all the interested bidders.
In this connection, all interested bidders are requested to go through the bid document thoroughly and queries if any with respect to the assignment may be sent to the Program Officer before Pre-bid meeting on email at bkafley@wwfbhutan.org.bt so that queries may be discussed conveniently during the Pre-bid meeting. Further, for bidders desirous to attend the pre-bid meeting physically may please note that only one representative of an agency is allowed to attend the Pre-bid meeting considering the present situation of COVID -19 pandemic.

1.All the Terms and Conditions of the Tender remain same and shall be ipso-facto applicable.
2.The Bidders already submitted Bids before issuance of this Notification may resubmit their Bids if desire to revise the same at their discretion. However, for the failure to do the same on part of Bidders for the reasons whatsoever, WWF Bhutan bears no responsibility.
